As an athlete and mother I knew that nutrition was very important feeding the body right to be the best you can be. I decided to become a health and nutrition coach to fulfill my passion for healing the body with whole foods.
My focus is inflammation, and aiding people in reducing the inflammation in there bodies, this silent killer creeps through the body unnoticed until the symtoms are seen. inflammation causes high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, digestive disorder, Crohns disease, high cholesterol and even cancer.
